WHO WE ARE
Our office has substantial experience in handling complex matters such as intellectual property litigation, insurance bad faith claims and litigation over defects in commercial and residential construction. Michael C. Olson is the principal member of the law firm, which he founded in 1998. Mr. Olson has an AV rating from Martindale Hubble, the highest rating that can be granted to an attorney. Prior to founding the firm, he was a partner in one of the largest law firms in California and he has tried more than twenty matters to a jury verdict.
WHAT WE DO
The attorneys in the firm all have experience working at a large firm, but are able to provide the personal attention only a small firm can provide. We strive to provide the highest quality representation possible for the client but maintain costs controls by careful planning and investigation in the early stages of every matter the firm handles. Our experience in enforcing our client’s IP rights against infringement includes Patent Litigation, Trademark Litigation, and Copyright Litigation.
WHERE WE WORK
Our office is in Newport Beach, California but we handle matters throughout the United States and represent clients located around the world. Our principal, Mr. Olson, is a member of the California and Michigan Bar, as well as the U.S. Patent Bar. He is also admitted to practice law in the federal district courts of Michigan, California and Arizona, the 6th and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
